Working with your insurance agency, the asset owner, and our team of experts, we utilize a simple and straightforward process; completing your project promptly and efficiently.

Here is our restoration process:

Step One
The first time you call our office, we’ll need the full details of your emergency.

Step Two
After speaking with you to determine the best way to proceed, our Golden State team will be promptly mobilized to visit and assess the damages and assist you with the first steps of making a claim.

Step Three
With your signed permission on our work authorization pre-construction documents, we’ll prepare the necessary paperwork that allows us to communicate with your insurance adjusters(s) on your behalf.

 

Step Four
We will meet with the adjuster to let them know about your situation and that we are working with you or your agents.

Step Five
An evaluator will visit the site and assess the damage to your property.

 

Step Six
A statement and estimate are sent to the adjuster for claims approval and coordination begins.

 

Step Seven
Once your adjuster approves your property claim and construction documents are completed, we may begin the process of repairs to your damage, restoring your business and/or home to their previous condition before the damages occurred.

Step Eight
